Manifesto

01.

Go fast and break things is our antithesis.

Be deliberate and aware of the consequences your actions have on the world and those around you. Always have a North Star (preferably, with a moral compass).

Do it with soul.

Sprinkle magic and excellence on top of everything you do.

Have values and stand for them.

Questionable ethics have run our world for too long, and it seems to get even more polarized. The only way we make it out alive is if we return to values and build accordingly.

Celebrate together.

Each time we win or lose a bid, we have team celebrations to reward our effort. When you work this hard, you deserve the acknowledgment.

Capitalism kills.

We won’t be building the brands of anyone with an idea to get rich off the plight of others. We do, however, live in a capitalistic society. So we’ll play ball, but only with those who make things better.

Listen.

Make space for the quiet to speak. Their thoughtful approach is far more valuable than they get credit for.

Be generous.

With words, effort, and kindness.

When it comes to leaders, there are s*%t funnels, and s*%t umbrellas. Protect your team. Be good to each other.
